In accordance with the strict requirements specified by the EN ISO 22000: 2005 international standard, we are implementing throughout the company’s structure and procedures a Quality Management System (QMS) that is certified by the TUV Rheinland certification provider. Through the implementation of EU guidelines and the Food and Drink Code of Practice, this System ensures that the highest standards of product quality and safety are metconsistently.
VENETIS company is committed to fully implementing all hygiene rules during the supply, production, storage and distribution of its products.
Before reaching our shelves, all VENETIS Bakery Products undergo daily rigorous inspections and tests in order to maintain compliance with the company’s strict regulations.
At the same time, and prior to final selection, our suppliers undergo a series of rigorous evaluation checks.
VENETIS stores are inspecting every single stage of product handling, from procurement to distribution. For complying with the highest standards of quality, food safety and hygiene, we make sure that all necessary inspection records (daily temperature checks, hygiene inspections etc.) are maintained by properly trained personnel (these aretrained in accordance with theVENETIS HACCP system regulations as well as the Main Guidelines for Hygiene and Food Safety established by the Hellenic Food Authority).
In addition, our experienced personnel are regularly carrying out internal, routine store inspections (scheduled for at least once a week for each store), while specially trained scientific experts on food safety matters are monitoring the implementation and the performance of the VENETIS HACCP system.
Finally, another major component of our business plan is market research; a key tool in the process of exploring and developing innovative products and services in the bakery industry. Inasmuch as monitoring market trends in Greece and abroad, research is also enabling VENETIS to continuously create new and cutting-edge products and services ahead of the competition.

On the food-hall’s shelves our customers will also find the top-notch products of VENETI, as well as a brand new range of high-fibre goods, which VENETI has just brought into the market for the first time.
